
Lavinia Murielle Diekmann
Lavinia Murielle Diekmann studied ecotrophology at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. In February 2022, she completed her master’s degree in nutritional sciences at the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelm University in Bonn and her additional training as a DGQ-EQA quality manager junior. In her master’s thesis, she focused on the implementation of a food safety culture in companies in the food industry that is supported by all employees. She has been contributing her expertise to the EQA bottom-up project “House of Total Safety Culture” since summer 2021. Since April 2022, she has been responsible for knowledge transfer in the DigiTeGeMa project funded by Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank as a research associate at EQA.
