EQAsce recognized lecturer Dr. Beate Conrady has won three prices: The friedns of Vetmeduni Vienne association awarded her the Armin Tschermak von Seysenegg-price. This is an award given to young scientists by the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna. Additionally, Dr. Conrady was awarded the Karl-Innitzer-Preis 2020, which is given to her by the Archdiocese Vienna. And the University of Veterinary Medicine, Hannover gave her the Konrad-Bögel-Preis 2021 for veterinary epidemiology and veterinary public health.
Dr. Conrady does research and teaching in the field of Animal Welfare, network analyses, vulnerability analyses from an epidemiologic approach. She develops concepts for monitoring and crisis management programs for the One Health sector. In cooperation with Dr. Brigitte Petersen, she currently gives a lecture about crisis-, risk-, and quality management at the faculty for agriculture at the excellence University of Bonn.
