Where does food come from? What is the difference of all the products? What part of production deals with “sustainability”? These questions an many more – like the ones for circulatory systems or food waste – can be answered to children at an early age. The Food-Aware-Project “Training Materials and Visual Learning Tools for Early Education on Environmental Sustainability and Responsible Food Consumption” has done research about it and presents its results. Registration is free but online registration is mandatory. ISEKI Food Association has invited to this conference – EQAsce is associated partner of ISEKI. From EQAsce’s point of view, the project shows clearly that lifelong learning already starts at the age of Primary School. For the Final Conference, not only teachers are invited: It is also meant for parents who deal with homeschooling these days.
