Today – Tuesday, June 16th, 2020 – the 200-days-testing of the EQAsce-service-packages including the digital cards has started. For over a year, EQAsce and its partners from economy and science have developed a concept for this digital setup. The Digital Cards are functioning as a key to a secure database that saves personalized certificates of qualification, degrees, papers of attendance and further qualification, including latest safety technologies. In the future, persons working in the agri and food sector have the chance to get the “Digital Basic Card+” to do further training, apply for courses and programs, certify their qualification, get an overview over passed classes and do their own learning management for a lifelong learning. There is also a card for people from science, with academic background, consultants, and auditors. They receive the “Academic Career Card” that has similar functions and meant to prove the right qualification for the jobs and topics they work on. The project is based on the concept of crowd-intelligence: After 200 days of testing, all testers involved shall give feedback and evaluate upon the service packages and the use of the Digital Cards. Afterwards the best proposals can win a prize. The past weeks and months have fostered the development of digital projects – EQAsce benefits from this time.
