After more than four years of work the book is ready for publishing: “Quality-management in the food-industry” is the translation of the title. The book contains the latest scientific findings of QM in the food industry and is an educational book for academic education in this field. Printed on the almost 800 pages are graphics as well as hints in modern design for students. The book will be available from November 11th onward – released by the Professional Association of Oecotrophology published at Hanser-publishing house. For his special engagement in coordinating the writing of this book, Prof. Dr. Johann Janssen has been honored by the author’s team. He was given the certificate for the recognition as EQAsce-lecturer.
